Discover yourself
through yourself

I've spent many years learning how to listen. To people, to handwriting, to what doesn't get said. Now I want to make that useful for you.

AVAránzazu Vera
A whole life
learning to listen

Hi, I'm Aránzazu

I have trained in graphology, the Enneagram and coaching over many years, but what has genuinely shaped me as a practitioner is the work itself: hundreds of real conversations with people who arrived with something unresolved and left knowing themselves a little better. Handwriting doesn't lie, character has a structure that can be read, and when someone understands where they operate from, things start to move.

I'm practical and direct. I don't believe in endless processes or formulas that work the same way for everyone. Each person has their own story, their own patterns, their own way of being in the world. My work is to help you see it clearly — and from there, to accompany you in making the decisions you perhaps already knew you needed to make.

Coaching

Real accompaniment

I'm not going to tell you what to do. That's not mine to know or say. What I can do is listen to you without rushing, without judgement, and help you see what you already know but haven't let yourself look at directly.

Graphology

Your handwriting, your mirror

Sometimes what you can't bring yourself to say out loud, your handwriting says for you. It's not magic: writing carries tensions, fears and ways of being in the world that we've internalised so deeply we no longer notice them.

Enneagram

Know your deep type

It's not a magazine personality quiz. The Enneagram explains why you react the way you react, what's underneath what you do, and above all, what you could do differently if you knew where it was coming from.

Birth chart

A symbolic reading of your natal map

I'm not interested in astrology as fortune telling, but as a symbolic tool for understanding your structure, tensions and the phase of life you're moving through. Used well, it can offer very concrete clarity about who you are.

My coaching methodology

Coaching is the art of asking the right questions so you can find your own answers. My method is divided into four clear phases:

01

Exploration

We identify which area of your life needs urgent attention and define a real, achievable goal.

02

Evidence

We analyse your current reality using symbolic tools and visualisations to understand your blocks.

03

Empowerment

We discover the resources and strengths you already have but that fear or routine prevent you from seeing.

04

Execution

We map out an action plan with concrete steps. Real change only happens when we move to action.

Real case

The Ship in the Fog

A client felt professionally lost. Through a visualisation, she discovered she felt like a ship with no direction. The coaching process was not about telling her where to go, but about helping her take the helm again. After defining her values, her first step was to enrol in a course she had been putting off out of fear. Today, she leads her own project with clarity.

The books I actually use

01

Escritura y Personalidad

Augusto Vels

The master map of graphology. This is the technical foundation that lets us understand how the brain projects our personality onto paper. I love it because it explains with astonishing precision how a single stroke in your signature can be shouting a truth about your character that you've never put into words.

02

The Wisdom of the Enneagram

Don Richard Riso & Russ Hudson

The definitive guide to stop living on autopilot. The book that best describes our lights and shadows, helping us identify the 'character' or enneatype we all carry around. I use it so that the analysis doesn't stay on the surface — so you actually understand why you keep repeating the same patterns.

03

Coaching for Performance

Sir John Whitmore

The art of moving into action. Whitmore shows us that coaching isn't about giving advice — it's about asking the right questions so you find your own answers. It's the framework I use so that once the graphological analysis spots a block, we have a real structure to work through it.

04

Grafología Superior

Mauricio Xandró

Pure technique applied to human talent. Xandró is an absolute reference for understanding graphology from a professional, serious standpoint. His work is what allows me to analyse a person's competencies and aptitudes with rigour that goes well beyond simple curiosity.

"When you're doing what truly matters to you,
the rules disappear and you simply live."

Let's talk

No questionnaires and no strange formulas. You tell me what's going on and I listen.
