1. Service provider

2. Services

This is a digital automated service generated by algorithmic systems and artificial intelligence. Content is interpretive, symbolic and for guidance only. Its purpose is entertainment and personal development. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind (medical, psychological, legal, financial or otherwise).

Symbolic and interpretive analysis services using AI support, for guidance only. Not a substitute for medical, psychological or professional advice. The provider is not a licensed physician or psychologist.

Individual analyses: graphology, palmistry, birth chart, enneagram; combined astral-graphology, enneagram-astral, astral-palmistry.

Bond analyses (two people): graphology, enneagram, astrological, palmistry bonds.

Subscription: Daily signals — personalised daily email based on your birth chart (monthly subscription per topic).

Cycle coaching: 4-cycle email reflection programme (not live sessions or a weekly subscription; you set the pace by replying).

3. Access, pricing and billing

You must be 18 or older, provide accurate data and a valid email, and not use the service fraudulently, in bulk or unlawfully.

Current prices are published on the site. From 1 June 2026, indicative prices: individual reports €49, bond/combined €109, 4-cycle coaching €97, daily signals €9.99/month per topic (VAT included where applicable). Card payment via Stripe.

Reports delivered as PDF and EPUB by email, usually within 24 hours. Signals subscription renews monthly until cancelled in the Stripe portal or by emailing avera@paradigmapropio.com.

4. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the content. We make no guarantees as to results, predictions or accuracy. The user bears full responsibility for any use made of the analyses. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service.

5. Right of withdrawal and refunds

This is a digital service performed immediately. By authorising payment and generation of your personalised content, performance begins and, under Spanish consumer law Art. 103(m), you lose the right of withdrawal. No refunds once generation has started, except for technical failure on our side or non-delivery of the content.

6. Intellectual property

Delivered content is for personal use only. It may not be reproduced or sold without permission.

7. Privacy

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Changes

We may amend these terms; changes take effect when published. Continued use means acceptance.
