What coaching is and what it is not
Coaching is not therapy. It does not analyse the past or hunt for the origin of your patterns. The Enneagram, graphology and the natal chart do that. Coaching starts where diagnosis ends: when you already know what is going on and still do not move.
It is not mentoring or consulting either. Nobody will tell you what to do. Coaching starts from an uncomfortable, liberating premise: the answer is already in you. What is missing is not information. It is clarity, permission, or the right push to take the first step.
I work in individual sessions, with no fixed protocol. Each process is different because each person arrives with a different situation. What stays constant is the direction: from where you are to where you want to go, with steps you can actually take.

Coaching is the hardest service to show on a page because what matters most happens in the space between sessions: the conversation someone has with herself when she finally dares to ask the question she has been avoiding for months.
I am preparing a real anonymised case that captures that process honestly — not the polished summary, but the real sequence: initial doubt, moments of resistance, the point where something shifts, and what changes afterwards.

Four situations where coaching works
You know something has to change but do not know where to start
You have a clear sense that something does not fit, but every time you try to analyse it you get lost in details or the same loop. Coaching helps you step out of the loop.
You have an important decision pending and keep postponing it
It is not that you do not know what to decide. It is that deciding has a cost and you are not quite ready to pay it. Sessions help you see that cost clearly and choose from there, not from fear.
You are in transition and need accompaniment, not advice
Job change, relationship, city, life stage. Moments when what used to work no longer does and the new still has no shape. That is where accompaniment makes the difference.
You know yourself well but still do not move
You have done inner work, you know how you function, you understand your patterns. And still something will not start. Sometimes what is missing is not more self-knowledge: it is accountability and structure.
